Verify Your Account Before You Cash Out
We ask for verification once, and it protects the balance you have built up. A photo of your government ID, a quick selfie, and a wallet number registered in your own name are usually enough for us to match the account to a real person. That match is what stops someone else from pulling a payout to a number that is not
yours. You can upload documents from your phone camera straight into the account panel, and the status stays visible until it clears.
- Open account checks — Go to your account panel and open the verification tab. Anything you upload stays attached to your profile, so you send a document once rather than repeatedly.
- Send a clear ID photo — Use your government photo ID with all four corners inside the frame and no glare. Blurred or cropped images are the usual reason we ask for the document again.
- Match the wallet name — The name on your bKash, Nagad or Rocket wallet must match the ID. If you changed your wallet registration recently, update it before you upload anything.
- Watch the status line — The panel shows whether the check is waiting or done. You can still deposit and browse while it runs; only payout requests wait for the result.
